Here we replaced the old gas-leaking metal tank with a new 12 gallon fuel cell with foam.


Here we are moving the rear leaf-springs from the bottom of the rear-axle and mounting them on top for more clearance.


Here is a closer view of the drive-shaft, shocks, and springs removed so a new perch can be welded on top of the rear-axle for the leaf-springs to sit on.


Here we removed the motor and wire brushing the oil-infested frame, suspension, and drive-train components so they can be painted and worn parts replaced.


Here we just finished replacing the Ball-Joints, CV-Joint Boots, Shocks, Tie-Rod Dust Covers, Brake Lines, and Brake Pads.


This is after all the front-end components have been painted and worn parts replaced.


Here we just finished bolting in the 2.8L motor after it had been painted Chevy Orange.


This is after putting the top part of the motor together and bolting on the brake booster.


This is the mess of wires that had to be modified for this TBI Motor/Computer to work with this applicaiton.


Here we just finished fabricating/installing the mount for the steering column assembly and other controls.


Here is another view of the steering column assembly and other controls.


Here we are wiring the switches and gauges and installing them in the newly fabricated panels.


This is after everything has been wired and the panels mounted.
